Ok, I've started this journal to help me with my weight loss. I'll only be giving out the url to people I truely trust with this sort of thing. <3
So today, i calculated my calorie intake per day:
170 for breakfast
170 for lunch,
80 & 60 for dinner!
480 calories a day. I'm hoping to keep that up from Oct 17th to Novemver 17th! Then, I'll calculate how much I've lost. From that, I'll deside how much longer to diet, and if I need any other sort of accesorie to my diet.
At the moment, I weigh 157. My goal, by Feb, is 120. Hopefully, I'll get down to 110 in the long run.
